Swiss Art Research Infrastructure Technology Platform (SARI TPF)
Swiss Art Research Infrastructure (SARI TPF) is a Technology Platform (TPF) affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (PhF) at the University of Zurich (UZH). Its purpose, as a national, digital and network-based research infrastructure, is to provide scientific and technological services for the humanities and, in particular, art history.
Recent digitization of institutional collections in the humanities has led to the need for processes with which large amounts of digital images and metadata can be structured, understood, made accessible and researched. SARI TPF reacts to this development by offering know-how and processes in the following categories:
