Andrea Notroff, MA, Project Development Consultant

Andrea Notroff was Project Development Consultant at Swiss Art Research Infrastructure (SARI), and a freelance IT project manager and sociologist.

Before joining SARI, Andrea Notroff coordinated several DH projects at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities (2017-2020). From 2010-2016, she worked in commercial software projects as XML specialist, Technical Writer, Knowledge Manager, Quality Manager and Process Designer (ISO 9001). Andrea Notroff holds an M.A. in Sociology, Philosophy and German Language and Literature, a B.A in Gender Studies, and has completed major course work in Computer Science. Her current areas of interest are agile project management in the Humanities compared to private enterprises, organisational development, critical design thinking, creative processes, and feminist science and technology studies.
